These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and Winjaya ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at winjaya.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Winjaya account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an active account on the Winjaya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Own Behalf: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Winjaya or by any applicable gambling authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or appear on any sanctions list maintained by applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Winjaya reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

The registration process on Winjaya requires you to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and your full legal name and date of birth as they appear on official government-issued identification documents. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify Winjaya immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred. Winjaya shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Winjaya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Accessing Gaming Services available on the Platform for personal entertainment.
• Depositing funds into your Account using supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and approved cryptocurrency channels.
• Participating in promotions and loyalty programmes for which you are eligible.
• Communicating with the Winjaya support team via live chat or email regarding your account or the Platform.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform for any purpose other than those expressly permitted under these Terms. The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to Winjaya immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Winjaya staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Winjaya accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), and approved cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the Winjaya account from which the withdrawal is requested. Winjaya reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (under 5 minutes for verified accounts); DuitNow/FPX (5–15 minutes); bank wire transfers (15–60 minutes). These are indicative timeframes and may vary.

6.3 Currency

The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Winjaya does not charge currency conversion fees, though network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the User.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by Winjaya are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated on each offer page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• Maximum Stake: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single-bet stake of MYR 250–MYR 500 applies (as specified per offer). Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Blackjack and Roulette contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20%.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active promotional bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Winjaya reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify any bonus where abuse of the promotion system is suspected, including but not limited to bonus-hunting strategies, matched betting using platform funds, or collusion between accounts.
• Cryptocurrency Bonus: A 2% deposit bonus up to MYR 688 is available for deposits made via approved cryptocurrency channels, subject to a 10x wagering requirement and a 30-day expiry window. Standard maximum bet and game contribution rules apply.

All bets placed on the Winjaya Platform are final once confirmed. Winjaya reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where there is evidence of a technical error, a pricing error, or where the outcome was known to the player at the time of placing the bet (in-running or corrupted data scenarios). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's Account balance.

For live sports betting, markets may be suspended at any time during an event at Winjaya's sole discretion, including but not limited to periods of uncertainty during live matches on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, or other competitions. Bets accepted before a market suspension shall remain valid unless Winjaya determines otherwise under these Terms.

All gaming outcomes on Winjaya slots, live casino tables, and crash games are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems, independently tested for fairness. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee specific returns on individual sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winjaya Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Attempting to deposit funds originating from illegal or criminal activity.
• Using payment instruments that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Employing any form of cheating software, VPN masking, or technical exploit to circumvent Platform controls.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or obtain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once ("multi-accounting").
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, defamatory, or threatening toward Winjaya staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any aspect of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.

Winjaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Requests by regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authorities.
• The User's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through the Responsible Gambling tools on the Platform.
• Extended Account inactivity (12 consecutive months with no login activity) subject to applicable dormancy procedures.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds in excess of any disputed amounts will be held securely and returned to the User if the investigation concludes in their favour. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, Winjaya reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending review.

All content on the Winjaya Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, game assets, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Winjaya or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited personal licence to view and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of Winjaya. The Winjaya name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winjaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if Winjaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Winjaya's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Winjaya makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of Gaming Services.

Winjaya is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide Users with access to the following harm-minimisation tools, accessible directly within Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable on-screen alerts at 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss during the current session.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights that Users may hold under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Winjaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current Terms applicable to your use of Winjaya.
